Property Twin is a property management app for owners and their invited tenants. A digital home connects rooms, equipment, manuals, photos, repairs and conversations, so the information belongs with the place it describes.
Start with one room and add useful details as you go. Room scanning uses a supported LiDAR-equipped iPhone or iPad. Photos and manually added rooms give you another way to build your home record.
A tenant can report a problem with photos and a note. You can reply, agree the next step and keep progress together in the same repair record, with the relevant property and equipment already attached.
You choose which property information to share. Owner-only records are kept separate from the home essentials and documents you share with invited tenants.
